Relator’s medical insurance was retroactively rescinded for the interval of March 2018 to June 2018. Relator became a member of the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System in 1978 via her employment, and her OPERS membership prolonged from February 2005 to November 30, 2017, as a result of her employment through Ohio State University . On November 30, 2017, Relator retired from OSU, with retirement advantages beginning December 1, 2017.
