Venus Williams is bringing her distinctive approach to interior design to NoBe PARC Miami Beach, a new 15-story condominium development in the city’s North Beach neighborhood. Through her firm, V Starr, she is shaping the interiors of the project, which will feature 232 fully furnished residences just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. The development will also incorporate select pieces from Williams’ new furniture collection with Crate & Barrel, launched in September, blending her design vision with the project’s coastal aesthetic.
The Design Connection Between Tennis and Interiors
Williams founded V Starr in 2002, establishing a design practice that has since expanded into hospitality, residential, and commercial interiors. At NoBe PARC, the firm is creating a cohesive aesthetic throughout the property, emphasizing sophisticated materials, contemporary furnishings, and comfortable living spaces. The Crate & Barrel collaboration, inspired by the geometry and movement of tennis, introduces sculptural forms and refined materials—without overt sport references. Williams sourced marble and stone for the collection during a trip to Milan, ensuring the designs reflect both her background and the project’s modern sensibilities.
The collection’s influence extends beyond the furniture. Curved silhouettes, distinctive chair backs, and sculptural table bases subtly echo the movement and precision of tennis, creating a connection between Williams’ design work and the sport that shaped her career. At NoBe PARC, these pieces will complement the interiors envisioned by V Starr, reinforcing a unified design approach.

A Fully Furnished Coastal Living Experience
NoBe PARC will offer residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom-plus-den floor plans, with prices starting in the high $500,000s and reaching approximately $2 million. The average unit size is under 500 square feet, but the interiors maximize functionality with expansive windows, contemporary finishes, and carefully selected furnishings. Each residence will be fully finished and furnished, designed by V Starr and outfitted with Crate & Barrel pieces.
Resort-Style Amenities and Neighborhood Integration
Developed by Robert Finvarb Companies, NoBe PARC will feature a collection of amenities designed around Miami Beach’s outdoor lifestyle, including a resort-style swimming pool, rooftop cabanas, and yoga areas. Wellness facilities, co-working spaces, and social gathering areas will complement the residential experience, along with Beach Club offerings that connect owners to the surrounding coastal setting. The development will also incorporate approximately 11,500 square feet of ground-floor retail along 72nd Street, Abbott Avenue, and Byron Avenue, enhancing the neighborhood’s walkability.
North Beach itself offers a quieter alternative to the bustle of South Beach, with nearby restaurants, parks, and cultural destinations. The Miami Beach Bandshell, a popular venue for live music, adds to the area’s charm, while the Atlantic shoreline is just a short walk away. For Robert Finvarb Companies, NoBe PARC represents an opportunity to translate decades of hotel development experience into a residential setting, emphasizing coordinated interiors, furnished residences, and resort-inspired amenities.
